Below are instructions for when you have changed your Mass Mutual OKTA Fieldnet password and email quits working on your iPhone or iPad.


  1.               On your iPhone/iPad, open Settings,
  2. Find Mail, on the right, tap on “Accounts”
  3. then Tap on “365 Mass”
  4. Then Tap on Re-Enter Password.
  5. Enter your AA# if prompted for a user iD
  6. Then enter your new password.

 

Check to see if Email is working.
