Below are instructions for when you have changed your Mass Mutual OKTA Fieldnet password and email quits working on your iPhone or iPad.
- On your iPhone/iPad, open Settings,
- Find Mail, on the right, tap on “Accounts”
- then Tap on “365 Mass”
- Then Tap on Re-Enter Password.
- Enter your AA# if prompted for a user iD
- Then enter your new password.
Check to see if Email is working.
