Steps to unlock account


1. Click "Need Help Signing in?" As shown in the picture below.

 

2. Click Unlock Account. 

3. Enter your Financialguide Email Address or your AA/AE#. 

4. Select either SMS (Text Message) Voice Call or Email  

               This sends you a code to type in.

5. Enter that code and click next.


6. You may need to answer a security question.


If you don't know your security answer:

            The easiest way to resolve this would be to call Mass Mutual and request them to unlock your account at the  following number. 1.800.767.1000 x44357
