Scenario:
I have been granted delegate access to another user's mailbox in Outlook and don't know how to access it.
Outlook Method
If you wish to permanently add the mailbox as a folder in your Outlook you will need to click on File, Info, Account Settings then account settings again
Click on your email address then click on change
In the window that pops up next click on more settings then select advanced.
From that screen click the add and enter the name/email of the mailbox you would like to add to your outlook
If it was successful you should now see a second email address (the one you added) listed below your folders in the Outlook folder panel on the left.

Webmail / OWA Method
You can also view the mailbox in OWA but it is recommended to use the Outlook desktop client
To open the mailbox in OWA right click on "Folders" in your OWA mailbox then select "Add Shared Folder"
Enter the name of the mailbox/user you would like to access and it should open the mailbox under your folders, similar to Outlook.
