Scenario:
I cannot connect my Mobile Device to the Agency WiFi after changing my password. How can I fix this?
Solution:
Android -
Some Androids may vary in terminology used as well as layout of the menus but these steps should cover most up to date Android phones/tablets. *Screenshots below were taken on a Google Pixel 6 Pro*
1. Open the settings app and look for the network section/option.
2. Look for and tap the wifi/internet option.
3. Tap saved/known networks.
4. Select your respective network and then tap forget/delete.
iOS -
1. Open the settings app and open wifi (should be near the top).
2. Locate the network you wish to forget then tap on it.
3. Select forget this network.
Click on Wifi. The network you are connected to should appear off to the right.
Select the Network you wish to forget by touching the information icon. For the Agency WiFi in a core office, the network name will be CWAGYFIELD2. Then select Forget This Network.
Reconnect to the CWAGYFIELD2, entering your AA# and password (for Core Agency locations)
*NOTE: For Android devices, the instructions will vary depending on the device make and model, as well as operating system. For this reason, instructions for your specific device would likely be easier to obtain by speaking with your Agency Technology Specialist for hands on assistance.
