Hello,
We have upgraded some of the conference rooms in the Newtown Square office in order to make it easier for you to communicate with your clients in this virtual environment. We have added Zoom Room equipment in many of the conference rooms throughout the building. Please see the chart below as well as the attached instruction sheets for more information. Please note that you will need to bring your own laptop if you intend to share content in any room that is a Zoom Room going forward.
This equipment includes the latest in:
- High quality cameras.
- Speakers.
- Microphones.
- Tabletop touch screens for meeting controls.
- Scheduling panels outside of each room to easily identify your reserved conference room.

You must make sure to reserve the room when creating your Zoom Meeting. This will automatically update the calendar and will enable the equipment to connect you to your clients with the push of a button. Please see the attached instructions for how to reserve the rooms accordingly.
If you have any questions on using the equipment or reserving the rooms, please consider reserving the room in a separate meeting (without inviting clients) prior to any client meetings in order to familiarize yourself with the equipment.
