There is an additional feature in the phone system which you may find useful. Specifically, this is useful for staff, support, and any advisors who do not want their cell phone distributed for business purposes. Please read below for information about the call anywhere function.
HOW DOES THE CALL ANYWHERE FUNCTION WORK?
- Your office phone and your cell phone will ring simultaneously
- If the call is not answered on either phone (office or cell), the caller receives your office voicemail, not your personal cell phone (voicemails are still emailed to you)
- You can make outgoing calls where your work phone number will display even though you are calling from your cell phone (this is so your cell phone does not display)
- You can have it setup to ring to your cell phone during business hours (8AM – 5PM) OR you can turn it on/off yourself with instructions

- Your personal phone number you would like to use.
- If you would like the feature turned on only during the business hours of 8AM – 5PM or you would like the option to turn it off/on yourself at any time?
