LastPass, a password manager, is a service that remembers your password, so you don't have to. In addition to helping you organize and manage your logins, it makes it easy for you to follow best practices. To make your life easier and safer, MassMutual has purchased all field General Agents, Agents, and staff a LastPass Premium account to manage all your passwords.

Begin the LastPass registration process

LastPass resources that will aid in the registration process:

  • LastPass Screencasts** - Onboarding videos hosted by LastPass.
  • LastPass User Manual** - Online repository of features, functions and how to guides and technical support for all aspects of LastPass. Hosted on the LastPass website.
  • LastPass FAQ's (PDF) - Frequently Asked Questions (and answers) that will aid in the onboarding and general knowledge base for LastPass users.
  • LastPass MM Security Settings (PDF) - Guideline document explaining how to configure security settings in LastPass, based on MassMutual Security Standards.
  • LastPass Security and Compliance (PDF) - Overview of the protocols LastPass employs in order to create and maintain a safe and secure environment for password storage.
